4. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by third parties whose services we use. Below we list each tool with its provider, purpose, the data it collects, its category, legal basis and retention period. Analytics and marketing tools are used only with your consent given in the cookie banner. Where a provider acts as an independent controller, its own privacy policy also applies (linked for each tool). Analytics and marketing tools are not active yet; they will be enabled only with your consent.

↳Calendly (necessary). Provider: Calendly LLC (USA). Purpose: booking a consultation call. The booking widget is loaded from Calendly servers only when you click a booking button (so Calendly receives your IP address), and when the booking window opens, Calendly sets its own cookies needed for the booking to work and receives the data you enter (name, email address, selected time). Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Calendly processes booking data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Cookies and their retention periods: Calendly Privacy Notice.
↳Google Analytics (analytics). Provider: Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) and Google LLC (USA). Purpose: traffic statistics that help us understand how the website is used. Cookies: _ga and _ga_<ID> (up to 2 years). Legal basis: your consent; enabled only after you agree in the cookie banner. Google processes this data as our processor. Google Privacy Policy.
↳Meta Pixel (marketing). Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Ireland). Purpose: measuring ad performance and showing relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Cookies: _fbp and _fbc (up to 90 days). Legal basis: your consent; enabled only after you agree in the cookie banner.
